Soil

Xikuangshan antimony mine (N 27.7°, E 111.4°), mined since the 19th century, northern mine turned into a smelting area; samples taken in October 2022 along the Qingfeng and Lianxi rivers, tributaries of the Zijiang. All compartments have positive δ123Sb, +0.008 to +0.57 ‰ (Shi et al., 2025). Point coordinates not published (supplement Table S1). 21 soils sampled, 65 to 1671 mg/kg Sb, over 96 % in the residual fraction; Sb carried by iron oxides, nepheline and O-Al-Si or O-S-Fe phases. No correlation between δ123Sb and content. Indicative coordinates (district centre).
