"The Science"

Theoretical grounding and isotopic systems specific to your sector

Goal: credibility

Stable isotope fundamentals: fractionations, standards, normalisation, reading an isotopic ratio
Sector-specific isotopic systems: selecting the relevant tracers for your field (e.g. Pb-Sb for mining, C-N-O for food, S-O for environment)
Result interpretation: how to read a bi-isotopic diagram, understand a confidence ellipse, identify an anomaly
Method limitations: what isotopy can and cannot do in your specific context

Afternoon · 4 hours

"The Practice"

Hands-on IsoFind with your real data

Goal: autonomy

Importing your data: using the guided import assistant, detecting and correcting errors, automatic normalisation
Exploration and visualisation: building your first diagrams, mapping your isotopic signatures, reading results
Nexus module: modelling the isotopic transformations specific to your production chain or contamination process
Generating a certified report: signed .isof export, formatting a PDF report ready for an audit or a client

Training fully adapted to your sector The examples, isotopic systems covered and data used are specific to your field. If you want to work on a highly specific case study requiring upfront preparation, a half-day technical preparation session can be added (see pricing).
