IsoFind Pro opens every feature of the software on one machine, for one year. The price depends on how you will use it: €99 per year excluding VAT for research and teaching, €290 for commercial use. Both give access to exactly the same features.
Fingerprint sent by IsoFind. It will be attached to your order. Please also paste it into the field provided on the payment form.
When the licence expires, IsoFind simply returns to the free Research version. Your data, projects and ISOF files stay intact.

Any use, including work invoiced to a client
The Research version stays free with no time limit, including for commercial use. It covers data entry, sample management, ISOF files, and the Nexus engine and 3D simulation for PFAS and pesticides. It is the best way to check that IsoFind suits your work before ordering.
IsoFind works without a connection, and so does its licence: it is a file you import into the software. To issue it, all we need is the fingerprint of the machine it will be installed on.
In IsoFind, open the Licence menu and choose "This machine's fingerprint". It is a string of 64 characters that identifies the machine. The Copy button puts it on your clipboard.
Paste the fingerprint into the field provided on the payment form. Payment is handled by Stripe, which calculates VAT for your country and sends you the invoice.
We issue the file for your machine and send it to you by email, within five business days at the latest.
In the Licence menu, choose "Import a .license file". Activation happens on the spot, without connecting to any server.
Each machine has its own licence. Within a single order, every machine from the second one onwards gets 10% off. Collect the fingerprint of each machine and send them together by email: you will receive a single invoice.
Order several machinesIf your institution cannot pay by card, or works with purchase orders, write to us. The order is then paid by bank transfer, on an invoice issued directly by IsoFind.
Request an invoiceWhat matters is the use, not the status of your organization. A PhD thesis, a public research project or a course fall under the €99 price. As soon as the work is invoiced to a client or carried out on behalf of a company, the commercial price applies, including when a public laboratory does the work as a contract.
If your use becomes commercial during the year, nothing changes until the licence expires: the commercial price applies at the next renewal.
The licence does not renew automatically and nothing is charged without your agreement. When it expires, IsoFind returns to the Research version: your data stays in place, only the Pro features become unavailable. To renew, simply place a new order. If you do so before the expiry date, the remaining days are added to the new licence.
Send us the fingerprint of the new machine and we will transfer the licence free of charge, for the time it has left. The same applies after a full reinstallation of the operating system.
Prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT. For an online order, the VAT that applies in your country is calculated at checkout and appears on the invoice Stripe sends you. If you pay in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate. For an order by bank transfer, the invoice is issued by IsoFind, French VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the CGI.
Yes, with the Research version, which is free with no time limit. Once the licence file has been issued, the order can no longer be refunded unless the error is ours. That is why we recommend checking with Research that IsoFind runs on your machine and meets your needs.
Write to us with the correct fingerprint and the serial number shown on your licence. We will reissue the file free of charge.
