- Discordant Zn-Pb-Ag veins and breccias
Group of small old vein deposits around Century, along north-east faults (Lilydale, Silver King about 2 km south-west of Century, Coglan's, Axis Hill, Little Banner, Anglo American, McGregor, Silver Queen, Edith, Mended Hill, Bell's Lode, Zinc Gossan 2), coeval with the late Century veins. Ore fluids of the Burketown field are evolved basinal brines (meteoric waters and evaporated seawater), sulfur coming from thermochemical sulfate reduction. Samples from shaft spoil. Indicative coordinates.
