Boron-rich salt lake on the ophiolite melange zone (Jurassic MORB- and arc-type basalts) on the southern flank of the Bangong-Nujiang suture; sampled in winter 2015 (Li et al., 2022). Coordinates not published (map between 31°50' and 32°10' N, 83°45' and 84°15' E). Feeder river from the south, upstream of the small Ziza Co and Ganga Co lakes; Ca-Mg-HCO3 water, pH 8.0-8.4. δ11B rising from -15.63 to -13.76 ‰ across the Quaternary clay area of Ganga Co according to the text.
