Seawater analysed by Rehkämper et al. (2002): ε205Tl from -8.1 to -5.2, clearly lighter than crust and mantle (-2); the small difference between the coastal Atlantic and the isolated Arctic may reflect local continental inputs. Sampled directly from the shoreline and later used as the in-house standard TSW, remeasured at -8.7 ± 1.0 (n = 3, Nielsen et al., 2004). Coordinates from Table 1. Nielsen et al. (2004) give the mean of 7 analyses, -8.0 ± 1.6, and 7.46 pg/g Tl.
