Guizhou, Zunyi district (Songlin), China

SEDEXMo, Ni (EGP, Au)

Type
Brecciated Ni-Mo-PGE sulphide layer in black shales (Lower Cambrian)

Layer averaging 5 cm, mined for Mo (4 % Mo cut-off grade, up to 7 % Ni, 2 % Zn, over 0.5 ppm Pt, Pd and Au), less than a metre above the Doushantuo-Niutitang contact, between two 10 cm black shales and above a phosphorite.
