- Massive Pb-Zn hosted in Palaeoproterozoic marbles
Ten massive galena-sphalerite-pyrite orebodies in marbles of the Maarmorilik Formation (Karrat Group), 13.6 Mt at 4.0 % Pb, 12.3 % Zn and 29 ppm Ag, of which 11.2 Mt were mined from 1973 to 1990. Tailings discharged into the Affarlikassaa fjord. Indicative coordinates.
