- Carbonate-hosted Zn-Pb (Irish type), oxidised near surface
Zn-Pb-Ag-Cu deposit of the Irish Midlands, mined from 1965 to 1980, with a large residual oxidised ore cap. Sulfide oxidation at about 15 to 20 °C, under a climate warmer than today (Boni et al., 2019). Indicative coordinates.
