- Type
- River or surface water
Sampled ten times from March 2004 to July 2005 near a federal gauging station (FOEN). The station is not named: coordinates of the presumed station from the published elevation, indicative. Elevation 550 m. Presumed station: Lavertezzo. High-mountain river (186 km²) in a V-shaped valley cut into crystalline bedrock, thin soils; TDS about 16 mg/l. Two-end-member mixing: soil and groundwaters made heavier by clay formation, light runoff during floods.
