Antimony smelters south-west of the Dushan County antimony district (Guizhou): an old one, opened in 1973 and active for over 40 years, and a new one since 2015; prevailing south-easterly winds. Smelter materials at δ123Sb of +0.29 to +0.38 ‰ (mean +0.33 ± 0.08 ‰), soils with a geogenic value of +0.61 ‰ (Liao et al., 2023). Attached to the Banpo deposit, the main occurrence of the district, by proximity. Coordinates not published. Profile sampled in 2013 on a high, dry slope perpendicular to the prevailing wind; Sb 4.1 to 6.2 mg/kg, close to the geological background (about 5 mg/kg). Anomalously heavy 10-40 cm horizons (+1.19 ‰), ascribed to plant uptake of light Sb.
