Xikuangshan antimony mine (N 27.7°, E 111.4°), mined since the 19th century, northern mine turned into a smelting area; samples taken in October 2022 along the Qingfeng and Lianxi rivers, tributaries of the Zijiang. All compartments have positive δ123Sb, +0.008 to +0.57 ‰ (Shi et al., 2025). Point coordinates not published (supplement Table S1). Sediments taken at the river-water points; heavier than the overlying water (Se4 at +0.53 ‰ against W3 at +0.20 ‰), with no established fractionation at the interface. Indicative coordinates (district centre).

Mean and standard deviation recalculated from 3 analyses, +0.35 to +0.57 (1361 mg/kg +0.35; 3032 mg/kg +0.53; Se2, 209 mg/kg +0.57); identified by their Sb content; the +0.53 ‰ sample is called Se4 in the discussion but Table 2 gives 3032 mg/kg to Se3 and 884 mg/kg to Se4; the 1361 mg/kg one is not in Table 2.
