Sediments

Type
Sediment

Eight stations of the city-countryside transition zone (S11 to S13) and of the rural zone (S14 to S18) of the Jiang River, which receives the Gaofeng and Nanshan rivers: 1.25 to 1.99 mg/kg Tl, against a regional background of 0.55 mg/kg; 60 to 90 % of Tl and Pb in the residual fraction. Binary model between pyrite (1.1539) and natural background (1.2008): 6 to 88 % of basin sediment Tl would come from pyrite mining and roasting (Liu et al., 2016). Coordinates not given.
