Type
Pre-Alpine Cu-As mineralisation in orthogneisses, with Alpine arsenite-bearing fissures

Centimetre-thick veins of fahlore (tennantite), quartz and mica in basement orthogneisses, with minor pyrite, chalcopyrite and molybdenite; Alpine fissures with rare arsenates and arsenites (cervandonite-(Ce), gasparite-(Ce), asbecasite, cafarsite) from remobilised tennantite. Fahlore ε205Tl (-3.0 and +0.1) within the range of porphyry copper deposits, consistent with a magmatic origin; possible arsenic source for Lengenbach, about 2 km to the north-east (Hettmann et al., 2014). Coordinates not given.

−1.45 ± 2.19 ε−3 / 0.1 ε2fahlore (tennantite)
Mean and standard deviation recalculated from 2 analyses, Bin 7 (± 0.7) and Bin 8 (± 0.6); primary orthogneiss mineralisation.

−2 ± 0.5 ε1Alpine fissure asbecasite
Single analysis; Bin 10; arsenite in the middle of the primary fahlore range, sign of remobilisation of primary Tl during Alpine metamorphism.
