- Type
- Cu-Mo-Au porphyry related to an alkali-rich quartz monzonite porphyry
Cenozoic alkali-rich porphyry belt of Jinshajiang-Ailaoshan (western Yunnan): silicon of the mineralising fluids (silicified quartz, hemimorphite) lighter than that of the porphyries (0.0 to 0.4 ‰), two sources according to the authors. Biotite quartz monzonite porphyry, Cu-Mo quartz veins, gold-bearing host sandstones (Lower Ordovician). Approximate position of the district. Indicative coordinates.
