Note: This license applies to the weights of the ONNX models distributed by IsoFind. It does not cover the IsoFind software itself nor the ISOF format, which are subject to separate terms. Training data is not distributed.

Art. 1 What is
Authorized

Subject to compliance with the terms of this license, you are authorized to:

Download and use the ONNX models for any non-profit research, education, or environmental investigation project.
Redistribute the models, whether modified or not, to third parties under the same license terms.
Adapt and fine-tune the models on your own data for specific needs relevant to your geochemical context.
Integrate the models into scientific analysis pipelines, publications, theses, or educational tools.

The authorization granted by this license is irrevocable as long as you comply with its terms.

Art. 2 Commercial
Use

Any commercial use is prohibited without the prior written agreement of the Publisher. Commercial use is defined as:

integration of the models into a product or service sold or leased to third parties;
use of the models as a component of a billed service, directly or indirectly;
redistribution of the models in a commercial context, even free of charge, if it generates commercial value for the distributor.

Art. 3 Attribution
Obligation

Any use or redistribution of the models, modified or not, must mention:

the author's name: Colin Ferrari, IsoFind;
the nature of the license: CC BY-NC 4.0;
a link to the license: creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/;
any significant modifications made to the original models.

This attribution must not suggest that the Publisher endorses or approves your specific use.

Art. 4 Liability
& Warranties

The models are distributed "as is," without any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of errors. The Publisher shall not be held liable for decisions made based on predictions produced by these models.

These models are geochemical contextualization tools and not certification tools. They are not a substitute for instrumental field analysis.

Art. 5 Governing Law

This license is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to its interpretation or application, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before any legal action.
