- Type
- Five-element hydrothermal veins (Ag-Co-Ni-Bi-As)
A historic silver district of Ontario, worked from 1903 to 1989. Its five-element veins, comparable to those of Bou Azzer and the Erzgebirge, contain native silver, Co-Ni-Fe arsenides and native bismuth. They are hosted in Huronian sediments (Palaeoproterozoic, 2.2 Ga) cut by the Nipissing diabase (about 2.2 Ga), and formed later.

| Value | Range | n | Mineral or matrix | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| −0.4 / 0.4 ‰ | native silver only A district studied only on native silver in Arribas (2020), without acanthite. The range stays within -0.4 to +0.4 ‰, a typical hypogene signature despite a different deposit type (five-element veins). | Arribas et al. 2020, The Isotopic Composition of Silver in Ore Minerals |
