Other hydrothermalSn (W, Li)
- Type
- Hydrothermal cassiterite (greisens related to Variscan granites)
The largest tin-tungsten-lithium deposit in central Europe, in greisens related to the Cínovec granite pluton (about 315 Ma, late Variscan). Its large resources of lithium micas (lepidolite, zinnwaldite) make it a major project for the European energy transition.
